Here you will find all the information you may need before, while and after purchasing PAPA belt's products. If you can't find the answer you are looking for, you can contact our customer support.

The belt's size matches exactly your waist size. To know your size, you have to measure your waist with a tape ruler.
For example, if your waist measure 37.5", you have to order the size 95cm/37.4".
Using your pants size without measuring your waist size may result in inaccurate result.

We don't have belts in stock. We will craft your belt from our leather hides once we receive your order. We commit to produce your belt during the 5 days after your order. It can be shorter depending on the demand.

Orders are shipped once a week (every Monday). As soon as your parcel has been picked up by the forwarder, you will receive an email with a link to track your parcel. Note that this link may be active only by the end of the day (Lisbon time).

All the orders are shipped using Fedex/TNT.

Usually you should expect 1 day delivery for Portugal, 2 days for European countries and 3 days for the USA. Up to one week for the rest of the world.

Of course but be sure that there is always someone to receive the parcel and sign the receipt. The delivery driver is not allowed to let the parcel without a signature proving the delivery. Therefore it may be better to us your office or gym address where the parcel will be left at the reception. You can also ask a delivery to your local Fedex dropping point.

We are sorry but Fedex/TNT can't deliver your parcel to a PO box or APO address.

-Full grain leather and stainless steel are among the most durable material.
-Vegetable tanning used for our leather is the oldest and most natural method: it uses tannic plants. It is non-toxic, 100% biodegradable, and uses a majority of natural ingredients (bark, fruit shells, berries).

All belts are made in our workshop in Rio Mau in northern Portugal.

Grease it once a year. Let the leather absorb the grease and wipe with a dry cloth. Protect it from heat sources that could dry it out and weaken it. If you respect those simple rules, your belt will last forever.

Yes. We can send you a new belt with the right size. You can return your belt to the following address :

Note that we won't replace a belt that is not in a brand new condition. As soon as we receive it, we will send you a new one. Please put a paper in the
