I ordered the wrong size. Can I change to smaller or larger ?

Yes. We can send you a new pair with the right size. You can return your pair to the following address :

Be sure that they have been worn only on a soft and clean surface. We won't replace belts that are not in a brand new condition. As soon as we receive them, we will send you a new pair.
Please put a paper in the box confirming colors and size of the products you aim to receive, the number of your order and the delivery address. The shipping of the right size will be on us.

Canceling your order or returning a product.
You are entitled to cancel your order within seven working days after the date you received your PAPA belts without giving any reason for cancellation, at no cost to you, save for those you may incur to return the items.
Also, you are entitled, at no cost, to exchange your PAPA belts within 60 days after you received them, provided that you have a reason for the return.
The reimbursement will take place within 30 days after the cancellation, provided that we have received the returned products in their original condition and packaging. The refund covers the price you paid for your products and the delivery costs paid to receive them.
To return a product, please send an email to contact@papabelt.com with your request. After our customer care team gets in touch with you, you can then send the items to return to the following address :
